About us
Avinity Health is a physician-guided longevity, wellness, and medical aesthetics clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona — built around a Medical Director and a team of physician providers and consultants whose expertise directly aligns with the advanced services we offer. Clinical operations are led by a nurse executive with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, quality assurance, and post-acute care. This level of medical oversight and clinical structure is not typical of a traditional med spa — it is the standard at Avinity Health.
How We Got Here
Avinity Health was built by clinicians who spent decades treating the later stages of aging — and chose to intervene earlier.
Emily Dawson and the physicians behind Avinity Health spent decades in senior care and post-acute settings, managing the effects of aging after they had already become clinically significant.
The same conditions appeared repeatedly — metabolic decline, chronic inflammation, cognitive deterioration, hormonal disruption, progressive loss of strength and function. Conditions that develop over years, but are addressed only when they become urgent.
Therapeutic Plasma Exchange has a decades-long clinical record in hospital settings. As research expanded around its role in inflammation and aging-related biological processes, it introduced a different possibility: a clinically established procedure applied earlier, in a structured outpatient setting, before those patterns fully progress.
Patients have been traveling internationally to access versions of this care. Avinity Health was built to make it available in Scottsdale — within a physician-guided clinical model designed for earlier intervention.
This clinic did not begin with a service list. It began with a shift in clinical timing — from managing decline to addressing it before it accelerates.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
The standard of care
at Avinity Health
Every service at Avinity Health follows the same clinical model — how care is structured, how decisions are made, how treatment is delivered, and how results are built over time.

Care is built as a clinical plan, not a menu.
Services are not offered as standalone transactions. Care is structured around a clear plan built on your goals, your baseline, and what is clinically appropriate. Treatments are selected within that plan — not chosen in isolation.
Every recommendation has to make sense before it moves forward.
Consultation is used to determine appropriateness, not to sell a service. If a treatment is not the right fit, that is established before anything is scheduled. Decisions are made based on clinical judgment — not on what we have available to offer.
Execution is individualized, not standardized.
No protocol is applied the same way to every patient. Volume, dosing, timing, and approach are determined by your profile and adjusted based on how you respond. This applies across Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatment.
Results are built to improve over time.
Your baseline is documented, your response is tracked, and your plan is updated accordingly. The objective is sustained improvement — results that build rather than reset between visits.
